Facebook Group and Page

"The Queen of the Seventh Age" tells how the Book of Revelation reveals the awful truth about the church of our times, but no one book could give full treatment to all the related issues.

To do so, and to proclaim the power of God in our time, a Facebook group and page have been created.

The Adventures of
Tyndale's Ploughboy

... is a Facebook page where Joshua John Farmer posts content related to his books.

The Adventures of
Tyndale's Ploughboys

... is a Facebook group where anyone can write about their experience of the power of God today.

"I will declare Your power
to the next generation"

(Psalm 71)

I am here to glorify God, not me. I will be telling you some of the most astonishing things you have ever heard; and yet when most of them happened, they were just one small part of the experience of many, most of whom had more idea what they were doing than I did.

Nothing I have done has happened because I was especially virtuous or in the least way deserved it. I have always been aware of this. Long ago I was driving past the church I was taken to as a child and thought of my mother’s family, who all went there.

"Why did you give me the power of Your Spirit," I asked the Lord, aloud, "when all my relatives were better people than me?"

"You wouldn’t settle for anything less," He replied.

How much God can say with a very few words. He never disputed my family were better people than I. Instead, He cut to the point. If you do not want the power of God, it will not be thrust upon you. If you want it with all your heart, it will come to you. As for why I was so keen, that was the result of a long journey, which never appeared to be headed in that direction. But it was, and I gave my life to it.

Nothing I have ever done is beyond you. The last thing I want is to be seen as the go-to guy for miracles. I have been there, but if I do not show you how, all I know ends with me.

In my generation, almost without exception those who saw the power of God backed off when the choice came between following the Spirit wholeheartedly or turning back to make allowances for religiosity. I never turned back. That’s the only reason I am left standing when better people who came before me are inactive, have lost their way or forgotten all they knew. I was lost, hopeless and helpless, and Jesus Christ saved me.

What I want for you, is to outshine all I ever knew. My task is to tell you it can be done:
1 John 2:14 (NIV 1984)
… I write to you, young men, because you are strong, and the word of God lives in you, and you have overcome the evil one.

If you outshine me and I am a forgotten candle in the shade of your sun, that is when I will be content. You can have the power of God as much as you want. Will you settle for anything less?
